Eileen S. Harper

Eileen Sharon Hummel Harper, 57, passed away in her sleep Saturday after a long illness.  She was a daughter of the late William Hummel and Joanne Gerhardt Keich, and stepdaughter of the late Art Keich.  She graduated from Dieruff High School in 1974, and worked for 21 years at Hess's Patio making the famous strawberry pies.  She was a member of New Bethany E. C. Church, Allentown, and Clubhouse of the Lehigh County.  She loved Nascar and the Philly sports teams, never giving up on her Eagles. 

Survivors:  her sister Christina Brinker and fiancee Jonas Rumble; her nephews Stephen Nemeth, Richie Brinker & Mason Rumble; stepbrother Jimmy, stepsisters Sandy and Debbie and their children. 

Services:  Memorial at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at New Bethany E.C. Church, 224 N. 6th Street, Allentown.  Visitation from 10-11 in the church.  Rev. Gus Al-Khal is officiating.  The Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown is assisting the family.

Contributions:  to Everlasting Life Ministry (at the church) or Clubhouse of Lehigh County.
