Glenn W. Apgar, 91, of Allentown, husband of Barbara A. (Katzmire) Apgar died Saturday June 12th at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. He was the son of the late Earl J. Apgar and Mabel V. (Thomas) Apgar of Emmaus.

Glenn was a graduate of Emmaus High School. He was a Korean War veteran and an avid golfer. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors: wife Barbara; daughter Denise A., wife of Stephen Metzger of Cetronia; sons Keith A. and wife Donna, Scott A. and wife Dawn, both of Allentown; brother John E. Apgar and wife Faye of Emmaus; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sisters Caroline Knauss and Joyce Ziegenfuss, and his brothers Neal and Byron Apgar.

Services: a celebration of life will be held at a future date. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
