Charles Lolas

Bill Lolas, 73 of Palmer Twp. passed away peacefully on July 9 at the Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. Born in Jackson, Michigan, he was a son of the late William and Sara Lolas.

 

Bill is survived by his wife Angela of 35 years; daughters Catherine Everingham & husband Kenneth of King of Prussia, Pa;  Karen "Beth" Smith & husband Thomas of Rochester Hills, MI, Jennifer Watson & husband Andrew of Hillsborough, NJ and son William Lolas II & wife Paulette of Furlong, Pa; a sister Theodora Lolas Anderson of DeSoto, TX; grandchildren Austin, Michaela, Alexis, Ryan, Allison, Will, Bryce, Joslyn, Anne, and Andy; and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

 

Bill served in U.S. Air Force and then was employed as an executive in the sporting goods industry for more than 40 years. His greatest role was being the rock of his family. He loved being a husband, father, and grandfather. Bill spent his retirement years on the sidelines cheering his grandchildren on at their sporting events and attending their special occasions.

 

Services: memorial visitation from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, July 16 and 10-11 a.m. on Monday, July 17 followed by the funeral services at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 17 at Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown.
